Hi, I'm Spencer!
I started Spencer Zetterberg Social Management to help small business owners and entrepreneurs use digital media to grow their brands, particularly those who are passionate about what they do but lack the time or the know-how to keep up with their digital marketing and social media. I initially got into social media marketing to help my husband start his business and immediately fell in love with it. So I went back to school, got a certification and now I've been working in Social Media and Digital Marketing for almost two years.
My relationship with social media began before it even existed on cell phones. I remember the thrill I would get coming home from high school and logging onto Myspace to see that I had a new comment or friend request. Over the years social media has gotten so saturated with negativity, it's important to remember that it's all supposed to be fun! I think every business owner deserves to feel the same level of excitement interacting with customers online that I felt when a cute boy wanted to be my friend on Myspace.
Currently, I live in Ventura, CA with two cute boys: my husband Corey and my dog/coworker Sonnie. We love to take walks to local coffee shops & restaurants, drink wine from the Central Coast, and watch Marvel movies on the couch.
